Round table discussion. August 2020.

Three topics were discussed:

1. Agile appears to be in decline, or going out of favour. What do people see are the leading causes of this?

2. What challenges are leaders experiencing with implementing agile – is it team, frozen middle layer, financial planning, skills, knowledge, fear?

3. The conditions imposed by a worldwide pandemic has added complexity to how we build, or even maintain, high performing organisations: High performing teams in an office environment with structure and face to face interaction as opposed to high performing teams working from home offices alone is greatly different. How will we move forward?
